Fall Inspired Baked Brie

I won’t make you read my life story before you can get to the recipe (the real reason you’re here!). What I will say is that this dish has been such a crowd-pleaser with many of my family and friends, and I LOVE how easy it is to make!

Feel free to substitute our Sizzlin’ Strawberry with any other fruit spread we have, and if you want to kick the spice up a notch, you can do so by adding an extra tablespoon or two of our spread to the mixture.

Fall Inspired Baked Brie



  • 1 wheel brie cheese
  • 1/3 Cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Damn Fine Food’s Sizzlin’ Strawberry
  • 2 Tbsp of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup walnut (or pecan) pieces
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix the cranberry sauce & Sizzlin’ Strawberry together in a bowl
  3. Mix in the maple syrup & cinnamon then set aside
  4. Place brie wheel in an oven-safe dish and pour the mixture over the brie
  5. Sprinkle the nuts & craisins on top
  6. Drizzle with a small amount a maple syrup bake for 10 minutes or until bubbly
  7. Place the baked brie on a serving dish with your choice of crackers or fruit, and it’s ready to be served
